Stone slabs viewed in person. Tile, timber, paint and brass curated into a tight palette. We bring samples home to live with for a week.
Tile setting-out, tanking details, lighting circuits, bench heights, drainage falls. Drawings the trades actually want to build from.
Demolition, plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, tiling, joinery — sequenced by our project lead so the site keeps moving every single day.
Every fixture is tested, every silicone joint inspected, every surface sealed. We provide a written care guide and check back at six months.
